This visit is for existing clients to follow-up about their progress and receive an update to their plan, as well as review any results from laboratory testing. If it’s been more than three months since the last meeting, two visits back-to-back, for a total of one hour, must be booked. If it’s been more than a year since the last meeting, clients must book an intake assessment.
