Osteopathy is a manual therapy that focuses on the interconnectedness of the body's systems, particularly the musculoskeletal system, by working on the structure to promote the body's natural self-healing and self-regulating capabilities. It uses hands-on techniques, including manipulation and stretching, to restore proper mobility, body mechanics, nerve impulses and enhance blood flow to support the body's natural healing processes.
