It uses both the lymphatic and circulatory system to flush out fluid, waste products and stagnant blood from those areas. This can be helpful for individuals with increased tension, reduced range of motion, fascial restrictions and much more.
The cupping marks that appear after a treatment are not bruises. They can simply mean that there was increased tension in that area and is in the process of healing. These spots can last anywhere from a few hours to a couple of weeks.
