During the meet and greet session we will not provide any treatment or discuss any details of your medical history - all that will be covered in your initial intake.
Following this session, we'll provide you with a full intake package and any initial steps that can be undertaken to jumpstart your treatment and relationship before your Initial Consultation.

Most of the hour is spent talking through what’s been happening, how you’ve been reacting, and what patterns keep showing up — your counsellor asks questions, reflects things back, and helps you put words to it — so you leave with a clearer sense of what came up and what to keep noticing between sessions.
