This 60 min appointment is for new patients, or for patients who have not received physiotherapy treatment at OCR within the past 9 months.
Your initial physiotherapy assessment includes a detailed evaluation with one of our physiotherapists to better understand your injury, symptoms, movement patterns, strength, mobility, and overall function. The assessment is designed to identify the root cause of pain or dysfunction and develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your goals, lifestyle, and activity level.
Our physiotherapists treat a wide range of conditions, including:
Sports and gym-related injuries
Neck and back pain
Muscle and joint pain
Sprains and strains
Tendonitis and overuse injuries
Post-surgical rehabilitation
Shoulder, hip, knee, and ankle injuries
Sciatica and nerve-related symptoms

Balance, stability, and movement concerns
Treatment may include hands-on therapy, exercise prescription, mobility and strengthening programs, acupuncture, taping, education, and movement retraining to support recovery and long-term results.
