Diane is a Registered Physiotherapist and a graduate of the Master of Science in Physical Therapy Program at the University of Toronto. She comes from out West and also holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours from the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia.
Diane began working in the finance industry, but a growing love for orthopedics and human movement led her to pursuing physiotherapy. From helping patients take their first steps after trauma, to getting weekend warriors back to hitting their PR’s, Diane has worked with a diverse set of patients, across a wide range of settings
Diane wants to help her patients get back to whatever it is they love doing! She is passionate about educating her patients to better understand their injury, and build a road to recovery. She believes in an individualized plan of management, and can offer a personalized approach consisting of a combination of hands-on treatment including, but not limited to Active Release Techniques
(ART®) and acupuncture, in addition to therapeutic exercise, and education to help patients meet their goals.
Diane is usually coming from, or heading to the gym. She loves tinkering with new recipes at home and exchanging reviews of the city’s countless restaurants. She’s never met a coastline she didn’t like and during her time off she’s always ready for some sun and surf!

Your initial physiotherapy assessment includes a detailed evaluation with one of our physiotherapists to better understand your injury, symptoms, movement patterns, strength, mobility, and overall function. The assessment is designed to identify the root cause of pain or dysfunction and develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your goals, lifestyle, and activity level. Our physiotherapists treat a wide range of conditions, including: Sports and gym-related injuries Neck and back pain Muscle and joint pain Sprains and strains Tendonitis and overuse injuries Post-surgical rehabilitation Shoulder, hip, knee, and ankle injuries Sciatica and nerve-related symptoms Arthritis and mobility restrictions Balance, stability, and movement concerns Treatment may include hands-on therapy, exercise prescription, mobility and strengthening programs, acupuncture, taping, education, and movement retraining to support recovery and long-term results. This 40 min appointment is designed for children under 12 years old who are new to physiotherapy at OCR, or who have not received physiotherapy treatment at OCR within the past 9 months. The initial pediatric physiotherapy assessment includes a detailed evaluation of your child’s movement, strength, mobility, coordination, posture, and overall physical function. Our physiotherapists take a gentle, supportive, and age-appropriate approach to help children feel comfortable and engaged throughout the assessment and treatment process. We work with children experiencing a variety of concerns, including: Sports and activity-related injuries Growing pains Postural concerns Coordination and balance challenges Muscle or joint pain Sprains, strains, and overuse injuries Mobility and flexibility restrictions Recovery from falls or injuries Toe walking or movement pattern concerns Strength and motor development challenges Treatment plans are individualized and may include exercises, movement retraining, hands-on therapy, stretching, balance and coordination activities, education, and home exercises tailored to your child’s needs and developmental stage. This is a 40 min extended treatment for more complex injuries or multiple body parts.
A 60-minute comprehensive assessment of your running mechanics with one of our physiotherapists. We evaluate your running form, stride, movement patterns, strength, and mobility to identify inefficiencies, imbalances, and potential injury risks. Whether you’re new to running or an experienced athlete, the goal is to help you run stronger, safer, and more efficiently. The running assessment will include video analysis and will take place on our treadmill and/or outside.
