Your initial physiotherapy assessment includes a detailed evaluation with one of our physiotherapists to better understand your injury, symptoms, movement patterns, strength, mobility, and overall function. The assessment is designed to identify the root cause of pain or dysfunction and develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your goals, lifestyle, and activity level.
