This option is for a first appointment or for existing clients that require a 60min treatment. This treatment includes taking a history, assessing your joints and musculature, and can include an internal pelvic exam (with patients full consent). You will receive a combination of manual therapy, soft tissue release, education, and exercises specific to your treatment goals.
We highly recommend that you book a 30min subsequent treatments 2 weeks after your initial assessment.
