This service is a lower extremity Assessment to determine suitability of a custom orthotic. Includes Casting and ordering of the foot orthosis. Fitting visit also included in the cost.
It is the client's responsibility to ensure that an Orthotic built by a Chiropractor is covered by your specific benefit plan in the event you plan to submit to your benefits.
In the event an Orthotic is not suitable or that the client decides not to proceed, a normal Chiropractic Assessment fee will be charged instead.
