Have you ever wanted to talk with someone who "gets it" and you don't have to over explain everything? Are you a verbal processer and you want someone to talk it out with? Looking for some guidance and need a good chat? Conspiracy theories on your mind? This is for all of those things and more. I hold space for you and provide genuine interest in what you have to say. I am open to provide general and intuitive guidance as it feels aligned, based on what is most supportive for you.

What it is
Most of the hour is spent talking through what’s been happening, how you’ve been reacting, and what patterns keep showing up — your counsellor asks questions, reflects things back, and helps you put words to it — so you leave with a clearer sense of what came up and what to keep noticing between sessions.
