I look at a holistic view of your life, incorporating energy foundations and embodied practices. I make connections beyond the surface level, guiding you to deeper clarity for yourself. You leave with clear next steps and skills/tools/practices that can be implemented immediately. This isn't just stuff that works in theory, it works in your real life, setting you up for success.
Minimum of 3 sessions are recommended for optimal results. Recording of sessions available upon request.

Most of the hour is spent talking through what’s been happening, how you’ve been reacting, and what patterns keep showing up — your counsellor asks questions, reflects things back, and helps you put words to it — so you leave with a clearer sense of what came up and what to keep noticing between sessions.
