A Face and Neck Massage focusing on these two areas for an hour. The massage is a sweeping motion across the face and neck. Essential oil are applied which allows the hands or a massage tool to glide across the skin gently pulling and kneading to help relax; relieve stress; encourage lymphatic drainage and increase circulation. If you are having TMJ issue this treatment can help relieve some of the tension. I can also work inside your mouth (with gloves on) to help decrease jaw grinding and clenching
