is a treatment that focuses on massage and acupressure points along the head, neck, shoulders and back to stimulate the nerves in your head to help relax and calm your mind, body and spirit. Oils may or may not be used on the head and scalp -it's up to you! If you choose to have oils used on your hair, it's advisable to bring a hat or scarf to wear home.
