This session is designed to help identify movement restrictions, discuss any pain or mobility concerns, and determine whether chiropractic care or another treatment may be beneficial.

What it is
Most of the appointment is spent checking how your joints and muscles are moving — talking through what you’re noticing, testing movement, posture and tenderness — then doing hands-on joint work or soft-tissue treatment and sending you out with a clear next-step plan.
