This session is designed to help identify movement restrictions, discuss any pain or mobility concerns, and determine whether chiropractic care or another treatment may be beneficial. Please note: • This is not a full assessment or treatment. • No adjustments or hands-on treatment are provided during this appointment. • New patients will receive a short intake form and consent form prior to their appointment.

This 60-minute session includes: 1. A detailed treadmill video analysis of your running form 2. A full-body joint mobility and strength evaluation to identify inefficiencies and prevent injury. 3. Training advice and programming help with your next race to manage volume and keep you injury free.

This appointment is for new patients who have been prescribed custom orthotics by their family doctor. Your initial visit will include: • A comprehensive lower-limb biomechanical assessment • An evaluation of the condition or symptoms for which orthotics are being prescribed • A discussion of whether custom orthotics are appropriate and how they fit into your overall care plan Orthotic fitting, casting and ordering will be done during this appointment and the fee for the orthotics is $400
