Advanced Foot Reflexology Course

This course is available exclusively to students who have previously completed the Beginner Reflexology Course at Petal Root. Are you ready to deepen your reflexology skills and learn a smoother, more advanced technique? This course is designed for practitioners who want to expand their knowledge, refine their techniques, and move toward becoming a Registered Reflexologist, allowing more clients to access coverage through extended health benefits. The Advanced Reflexology Course is a three-day training that builds on the foundational skills learned in the beginner course. Throughout the training, students will learn an advanced reflexology routine, study anatomy and physiology relevant to reflexology practice, and explore common conditions that reflexologists often help address. The course also includes specialized techniques designed to support specific health concerns. Students will be introduced to Chinese-style reflexology, a method that incorporates more sliding and gliding movements along with the use of knuckles and thumbs. This style offers a deeper and smoother approach compared to the thumb-walking technique commonly taught and practiced in North America. In addition to hands-on training, this course will also cover practical aspects of building a reflexology practice, including how to begin your business and how to apply for registration with a professional reflexology association. The course includes both a practicum and a final test, which must be successfully completed in order to receive certification. Upon completion, students will be eligible to apply for registration with a reflexology association if they wish to pursue professional registration. Half of the course tuition is required as a deposit to reserve your spot. This deposit will be credited toward your final tuition payment, which is due on the first day of class. If the course is cancelled for any reason, your deposit will be fully refunded. If you are unable to attend due to a valid reason, your deposit will remain on file as a credit and can be applied toward a future course.
