Golf Ready — Movement Testing for Golfers is a comprehensive golf-specific physical screening using 3D motion capture and digital dynamometry from VALD Health to objectively assess your rotational mobility, strength, balance, and biomechanics. Results are compared to established benchmarks and provided in a detailed written report. A Physiotherapy Assistant administers the test under the oversight of a Registered Physiotherapist. This program is suitable for golfers of all levels who want to move better, perform longer, and stay injury-free on the course.
