Book this appointment if you have already attended for an assessment in the last 90 days. We book extended one on one time with your physiotherapist., expect your visit to take 30-60 minutes depending on your presentation and required treatment
Most of this visit is spent checking what changed since last time and doing the treatment itself — guided exercises, movement retraining, hands-on techniques or taping — then adjusting your home program so you leave knowing what to keep doing until the next session.
