Health History Review: You will discuss your current symptoms, medical history, diet, stress levels, and sleep patterns.
The "Four Pillars" of Diagnosis: Inspection, Palpation, Listening and Inquiring.
Treatment Plan: The acupuncturist will explain their findings, outline a diagnosis based on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), and recommend a frequency of treatments.
First Treatment: Following the discussion, you will usually receive your first acupuncture session.
You will rest comfortably on a treatment table while sterile, hair-thin needles are gently inserted into specific points on your body.
