Virtual Intro Call: Couples Counselling

Our 60-minute Virtual Couples Counselling Intro Call offers a supportive space to meet with a counsellor. In this session, you'll: - Introduce yourselves and share your experiences. - Discuss your goals for counselling as a couple. - Learn about the counselling process and next steps. After this session, each partner will have a few individual sessions before resuming couples sessions. Best practice for grief and loss counseling/coaching is to ensure that each INDIVIDUAL has the space to work through their own grief process first. In our world, couples counseling begins far too soon in a grief journey and is usually counterproductive. In participating in individual sessions first, couples can come back to do the work together in a much healthier way. Book now to start your healing journey together.

Most of the hour is spent talking through what’s been happening, how you’ve been reacting, and what patterns keep showing up — your counsellor asks questions, reflects things back, and helps you put words to it — so you leave with a clearer sense of what came up and what to keep noticing between sessions.
