The initial psychotherapy session includes a comprehensive assessment and treatment plan with a Registered Social Service Worker, Psychotherapist (RSSW).
During this first appointment, your therapist will take the time to understand your goals, background, and areas of concern. Together, you will begin developing a personalized plan using evidence-based therapeutic approaches to support emotional well-being, resilience, and personal growth.
All psychotherapy services are provided in accordance with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW) Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice.
