Jenna’s commitment to empowering individuals is driven by a profound mission: to guide others
in setting and achieving their goals, navigating life’s challenges, and fostering mental wellness.
Her professional experience began in integration, Applied Behaviour Analysis, and supporting
children with special needs. This grew into a passion to pursue a career in mental health
counselling.
She is a Registered Social Service Worker graduate from Seneca Polytechnic, and a current
student in Yorkville University’s Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology program. She
continues to apply her knowledge, skillset, and compassion into her work, striving to create
positive change one client at a time.
With a holistic approach to therapy, Jenna believes in addressing the root causes of challenges
while also nurturing strengths and resilience. She understands the importance of creating a safe
and supportive space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Her
client-centered focus promotes personal healing and growth. She tailors her sessions to meet the
unique needs of each individual by utilizing cognitive behavioural therapy techniques and a
strength-based approach.
Wherever clients are at in their lives, Jenna is committed to walking alongside them every step of
the way.
