45 minFollow-upThese appointments are for existing patients who have had their initial and 2nd visits and meet the criteria for student/senior or financial accomodation.. They will be up to 45 minutes in length and will focus on reviewing your progress and treatment plan to date. We will review any test results or additional information collected, and engage in additional education related to your care. We will prepare you for the next steps in your treatment plan.

90 minNew patientThis appointment will be 75-90 minutes in length and is required for all new patients. It is available to students with valid ID or seniors over the age of 65. It may also be available to those facing financial hardship (call to inquire). This appointment will conducted via phone, if approved by the clinic (call to book). We will call you at the number included when creating your patient profile. We will develop an understanding of your primary concerns and health history. We will identify health goals, address risk factors and focus on lifestyle practices that support your optimal health. Together we will develop a treatment plan that is best suited to your needs and will empower you toward your highest health potential.
