This appointment will be 60-75 minutes in length and is required for all new patients age 0-12 . It will be conducted virtually using secure video conferencing within this platform (Jane App).
We will develop an understanding of your child's primary concerns and health history. We will identify health goals, address risk factors and focus on lifestyle practices that support your optimal health. Together we will develop a treatment plan that is best suited to your child's needs and will empower them toward their highest health potential.
