Book if this is your first appointment for your work-related injury/injuries that you have reported to WCB Saskatchewan. A date of injury and either a valid Saskatchewan Health Number or an active WCB Saskatchewan claim number is required.
Assessment for workers who have sustained injuries at work and have reported the work injury to WCB Saskatchewan. A date of injury AND either a valid Saskatchewan health number OR an active WCB claim number will be required prior to an assessment. You MUST call the clinic to book an assessment.
