Maybe you have questions about preparing your body for delivery and postpartum recovery? We offer exercises and education to help prepare your pelvic floor and core muscle (strengthening, coordination and perineal massage techniques), as well as information about labor and birth positions and pain management strategies.
This appointment is for new patients or for patients that haven't had an appointment in >12 months. This appointment can take up to 60 minutes for initial assessment.
