Pregnancy Physiotherapy Assessment
Currently pregnant and suffering with aches and pain? We can help with that. We have years of experience working with pelvic pain, pubic bone pain, low back pain and rib pain in pregnant women. Maybe you have questions about preparing your body for delivery and postpartum recovery? We offer exercises and education to help prepare your pelvic floor and core muscle (strengthening, coordination and perineal massage techniques), as well as information about labor and birth positions and pain management strategies.
This appointment is for new patients or for patients that haven't had an appointment in >12 months. This appointment can take up to 60 minutes for initial assessment.

Most of this first physiotherapy visit is spent figuring out what’s driving the problem — history, movement, strength and hands-on testing — then some treatment if there’s time, and you leave with a clearer picture and a plan for what comes next.
