Telehealth Physiotherapy Assessment
This is your first virtual consultation with the physiotherapist. During this online session, the physiotherapist will ask you about your current symptoms, your health history, and your goals. You will then be guided through a basic physical assessment via video call. With the information gathered in the assessment the physiotherapist will work with you to develop an individualised treatment plan to help you achieve your goals of care. It is recommended to have a private space with room to move around during a virtual assessment.

Most of this first physiotherapy visit is spent figuring out what’s driving the problem — history, movement, strength and hands-on testing — then some treatment if there’s time, and you leave with a clearer picture and a plan for what comes next.
