A needle-less alternative to acupuncture. Small seeds (from the vaccaria plant) are applied to specific acupuncture points on each ear using a hypoallergenic surgical tape. Seeds stay on the ear for about 5-7 days and can be peeled off like a bandaid and discarded after use. Good for pain, anxiety, sleep issues, digestion and more. Not recommended during pregnancy.
You can also add ear seed therapy to any acupuncture appointment for an additional $5.

Most of the appointment is spent mapping out what’s going on in your body and choosing points, then resting with fine needles in place for a stretch — sometimes with heat, cups or electrical stimulation — and you leave with a sense of what was treated and whether more sessions make sense.
