A gentle, focused lymphatic drainage treatment for clients living with lipedema-related heaviness, swelling, tenderness, or fluid congestion.
This 30-minute Lipedema Lymphatic Drainage session uses light, rhythmic techniques to support lymphatic flow and help reduce feelings of heaviness, tightness, or discomfort in a specific area.
This shorter session is ideal for focused treatment on one area, such as:
Legs
Hips
Thighs
Arms
Abdomen
Areas of fluid retention or tenderness
This treatment may help support:
Lymphatic flow
Fluid movement
Tissue comfort
A feeling of lightness
Relaxation and nervous system support
Ongoing lipedema management
For clients with multiple areas of concern or those wanting more complete support, we recommend booking a 60-minute Lipedema Lymphatic Drainage session.

Most of the hour is spent on the table in hands-on work — pressure, gliding strokes and focused work through specific muscles and connective tissue — with a brief check-in on what changed since last time and a sense of what to keep an eye on between visits.
