A gentle lymphatic drainage treatment for focused care or light full-body support.
This 45-minute Lymphatic Drainage session uses light, rhythmic techniques to encourage healthy lymphatic flow and support the body’s natural fluid movement.
This session is ideal for clients who need more time than a 30-minute treatment but do not require a full 60-minute appointment. It may be used for one to two focused areas or a lighter overall lymphatic treatment.
This treatment may help with:
Fluid retention or swelling
Puffiness
General lymphatic support
Post-travel heaviness
Mild congestion or sluggishness
Relaxation and nervous system support
Heaviness in the legs, arms, abdomen, face, or neck
For full-body lymphatic drainage or more complex concerns, we recommend booking a 60-minute session.
Please note: If you are recovering from surgery, please book under our Post-Op Lymphatic Drainage services so we can ensure the appropriate treatment time and provider.
