Fascial Stretching : If you’ve ever wished someone would just stretch for you, this one’s for you! Fascial stretching is a hands-on assisted stretching technique designed to release areas of chronic tension, balance asymmetries and improve overall mobility. Note: this session is not appropriate for acute injuries or assessing a specific complaint.
Craniosacral Therapy : If relaxation is the name of your game (or one you’d like to try playing…), this one is for you! CST is a gentle, hands-on treatment that harnesses the interconnectedness of the musculoskeletal, neurological, and fascial systems. We’ll use manual assessment and treatment to restore flow and harmony in the tissues, reducing pain, tension, and dysfunction related to holding patterns, stress or unresolved emotion.
