A 60 minute video session for new clients. This will include a detailed medical history/subjective examination, objective assessment as well as education and exercises to address areas of concern. This is an excellent choice for people travelling a distance for an appointment or are feeling unwell on their appointment day. We can switch the appt to virtual with very little notice.

Most of this first physiotherapy visit is spent figuring out what’s driving the problem — history, movement, strength and hands-on testing — then some treatment if there’s time, and you leave with a clearer picture and a plan for what comes next.
