A 30-minute follow-up physiotherapy session under Alberta WCB guidelines, focused on progressing recovery and restoring function. Treatment includes advanced therapeutic exercises, strength and conditioning, functional movement training, and manual therapy as appropriate. Emphasis is placed on improving work-related capacity, preventing re-injury, and supporting a safe and sustainable return to work. A tailored home exercise program may be updated to reinforce progress.
