No Show/Late Cancellation Fee
The clinic has a 48 hour cancellation policy, which is stated in the multi intake form each client signs. If a client fails to show for a treatment or cancels after the 48 hours, the therapists/clinic has the right to charge for the missed appointment. The client will always be advised prior to their credit card being charged.
