This assessment is for you if you're experiencing any bothersome pelvic symptoms such as incontinence (leaking), pelvic organ prolapse, urinary urgency & frequency, bladder pain, bowel concerns, pelvic pain, tailbone pain, or sexual wellness concerns including pain with intercourse.
This assessment is also for you if you're pregnant and wanting to learn how to optimize your pelvic health throughout pregnancy, during labor and birth, and into the postpartum period.
This assessment includes an optional internal pelvic floor exam.
