This session may include TWO of the following therapeutic treatments: Mobilization: a hands-on treatment that includes gentle, controlled movements applied to joints to reduce stiffness, improve range of motion, and support overall joint function. Electrotherapy: a gentle, comfortable therapy that helps reduce pain, muscle spasm, and inflammation. This is great for back, knee, shoulder, and other musculoskeletal issues. Therapeutic Ultrasound: a gentle, rehabilitative treatment using sound waves to reduce pain, relax muscles, and promote tissue healing. Often used for strains, tendon or ligament injuries, and chronic joint irritation.

Most of the appointment is spent checking how your joints and muscles are moving — talking through what you’re noticing, testing movement, posture and tenderness — then doing hands-on joint work or soft-tissue treatment and sending you out with a clear next-step plan.
