Her Acupuncture and TCM Follow-Up recommendations are customized to the individual depending on your health & wellness goals. These treatments are customized to the individual, always including acupuncture and may also include; functional labs, herbal & nutritional recommendations, fire cupping, auricular acupressure seeds, Gua Sha, Qi Gong & Yoga recommendations.

Most of the session is the treatment itself — needles placed at selected points and left in place for a stretch, sometimes with heat or electrical stimulation — with a shorter check-in on what changed after last time and any small adjustments before you leave with the next step in the plan.
