NADA acupuncture, sometimes referred to as auricular acupuncture, is a
therapeutic approach that specifically targets the ear. NADA is a series of 5 needles in
each ear that was developed to treat addiction recovery, stress management and
emotional well -being. NADA acupuncture is a gentle, non-invasive treatment. The
needles are retained for around 20-30 minutes. During this time, individuals often
experience a deep sense of relaxation.

Most of the appointment is spent mapping out what’s going on in your body and choosing points, then resting with fine needles in place for a stretch — sometimes with heat, cups or electrical stimulation — and you leave with a sense of what was treated and whether more sessions make sense.
