During your initial appointment, we will discuss your main concern/s, relevant health history and health goals. We will review Holistic Pelvic Care and how it may benefit you as well as any questions or concerns you may have. We will review pelvic anatomy using an anatomical model. We may begin with basic external work and if/when you are comfortable, we may proceed to internal work to assess the pelvic musculature and treat any areas of concern with gentle massage techniques as well as guided visualizations and breathwork.
Note: Holistic Pelvic Care is not advised during pregnancy.
