Assessment and First Treatment
Your first appointment. This includes a 5-10 minute-long section at the beginning asking questions and performing assessments to ensure RMT is right for you and how it should be applied. Then, treatment will occur for around 50 minutes, and include a 5 minute section at the end to confirm that treatment met your goals, and to demonstrate/recommend any exercises, stretches, habit changes, or after-massage care you may need.

Most of the hour is spent figuring out what your body is doing — where things feel restricted, how you move, what sets it off — then hands-on soft-tissue work, pressure and positioning, with a clearer sense of what was found and how to book the next session.
