Lymphatic drainage massage is a light and gentle treatment. It encourages the movement of lymph fluids around the body. The fluid in the lymphatic system is responsible for removing waste and toxins from body tissues and the circulatory system. Unlike the circulatory system with the heart, the lymphatic system does not have an internal pump. The therapist will use manual techniques to create movement within the system and reducing congestion.
