This deeply restorative treatment combines 30 minutes of Indian Head Massage with Swedish massage techniques for the remainder of the session, designed to alleviate discomfort, reduce stress, and target specific areas of tension or injury — such as neck and shoulder tightness, frozen shoulder, or lower back pain.
Your session may incorporate a variety of therapeutic techniques, including effleurage, petrissage, tapotement, myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, trigger point therapy, and rapid release — all tailored to your individual needs.
The experience concludes with an Ayurvedic-inspired warm herbal oil head massage, featuring a handcrafted blend of Indian spices and essential oils. Warm hydrotherapy towels are gently applied to the scalp, neck, and shoulders to release tension and soothe the nervous system.
Please Note: Hair will be oily following the treatment. For comfort when driving, we recommend placing a towel on your car seat to prevent oil stains. The herbal oil may be left on for 30–60 minutes (or longer for enhanced benefits) before washing out.
