Direct Billing:
Direct billing is available with select practitioners. Please see each practitioner’s bio for details.
Cancellation Policy:
We reserve this time slot just for you, so late cancellations can leave a gap in the therapist’s schedule that’s hard to fill. If an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice , it may be subject to the full appointment fee. We really appreciate your understanding!
Parking: Our parking lot is located behind the building. Additional street parking is available along 10th and 11th Streets. If you require accessible parking, please use one of the spaces immediately on the left as you enter the lot, or the space directly in front of the building.
