[REQUIRED] must wear tight athletic wear (either bring with you to change into or wear under your baggy clothing). Athletic wear must allow for us to see your posture and structure clearly.
[UPON ARRIVAL] we will take a Postural Assessment photograph of you - this picture will be electronically assessed and later sent to you displaying what your posture looks like, all degrees of misalignment, and what that means for your body and pain symptoms. You will also complete an online pain assessment each subsequent visit.
Observational and Orthopedic Assessments may also be taken during your initial visit. All Assessments are part of the "Total Treatment Time."
[TREATMENT] Massage Therapy Treatment Plan will be designed around the results of the assessment and with the goal of
A) correcting postural malalignments
B) improving mobility and range of motion and
C) reducing and eliminating pain symptoms
[SELF-CARE and HOMEWORK INSTRUCTIONS] it is highly recommended that you follow all strengthening and lengthening recommendations provided after and between each subsequent visit.
This is a commitment. You will be recommended to re-book prior to leaving for the length of the Treatment Plan recommended to ensure that you receive the best results possible.
