This appointment includes the assessment, casting, shipping, fitting and taxes required for one pair of custom made prescription orthotics.
*Please note that a deposit of $150 will be collected at this appointment in order to cast the orthotics. You will be required to pay the balance in full at the time of pick up. Thank you!
