Our pelvic health physiotherapy team are here to support you throughout your pregnancy, as well as in your postpartum period. We recommend booking your Prenatal Assessment in the second trimester, and your Postpartum Assessment 6 to 8 weeks after birth (can book earlier if you have recovery concerns).
Synergy offers secure virtual physiotherapy assessments. All that is required is a device (phone/tablet/computer) with video and sound. We will take a complete history, as well as perform a functional movement assessment. Together we'll build a treatment plan.
