For new pelvic health clients, we suggest booking an initial and two 55 minutes subsequents every 1-2 weeks depending on what's feasible for you to ensure ongoing care without scheduling issues.

What it is
This visit is a pelvic floor physiotherapy assessment, so more of the hour goes into a detailed history, movement and breathing checks, and a pelvic floor exam when it’s appropriate — often with you lying down, sitting, or moving through simple tasks — and you leave with a clear working plan and next steps.
Usually booked for
- Leakage, heaviness, or pelvic pressure
- Pain with sex or pelvic exams
- After childbirth or pelvic surgery
