The first session in the REALIGN package provides a supportive space to reflect on what feels present for you and to consider possible directions in your care. Participation in counselling is always voluntary, and you may choose to discontinue at any time prior to the session. If you decide not to proceed, a refund will be provided in accordance with clinic policy.
