*This is up to 90min appointment for children 11 years and younger who must be present during the appointment. This appointment is for those with more extensive or complicated health histories including Lyme Disease, ADHD, Autism etc. Please note our 48 hr cancellation policy will be strictly enforced for this appointment length and a deposit of $100 will be collected at booking time to confirm this appointment. Please ensure we have your billing information ahead of this appointment as well we will bill it prior to the appointment starting. The Jane link will come to you the day of the appointment. Your ND will come once ready.
